Skopje, 29 June 2024 (MIA) - With a street parade and play titled “Herbert’s Dream” Skopje will conclude on Saturday evening a series of events marking the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the French Institute in Skopje. The play will be performed by French group “Compagnie Des Quidams”.

The event organized by the French Institute and Skopje Summer festival will begin at 9 pm in front of the Museum of the City of Skopje. The parade will then move down the “Macedonia” street, across the Stone Bridge, reaching the “Karposh’s Uprising” square where the play’s finale will take place.

The play is intended for all ages. At the end of the play, a video mapping show by Macedonian visual artist Emil Petro will light up the facade of the “Ibni Pajko” building.
