Skopje, 25 April 2024 (MIA) - A person wanted for the storming of the Parliament on 27 April 2017 has handed himself in at the Deve Bair border crossing with Bulgaria, the Ministry of Interior said on Sunday.

During a regular passport control, the person was identified as wanted by the Basic Court Skopje I regarding a crime as per Article 313 of the Criminal Code, for which he was given a detention order on 18 December 2017.

According to media reports, the person in question is Dejan Davidovski-Desho, who is wanted for the April 27 Parliament events and has been on the run for seven years.
