Skopje, 12 January 2026 (MIA) - The Interior Ministry said Monday it has arrested 54-year-old Sh.A. who broke the glass of the front door at the Bulgarian Embassy in Skopje.

The Ministry said police arrested the perpetrator in Skopje on Monday noon after he previously damaged the glass of the Embassy’s front door on Sunday. Appropriate charges will be filed after the case is documented.

Quizzed about the incident earlier on Monday, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade Timcho Mucunski said it is an isolated case and that the institutions are working at full speed to resolve it.
