Skopje, 11 July 2022 (MIA) – Parliament Speaker Talat Xhaferi will communicate the date of the plenary session on the Government report regarding the draft-negotiating framework in line with the Rules of Procedures, said the Parliament on Monday. Speaker Xhaferi said after today’s coordination meeting with party whips that the report has been distributed to lawmakers in the form it was delivered and cannot be returned to the petitioner. “According to the procedure, the report is adopted through conclusions at a plenary session,” said Xhaferi. Deputy PM for European Affairs Bojan Marichikj, who attended the coordination meeting, said he would communicate the opposition’s remarks to the Government regarding the need to enclose materials, which are publicly available, to the report. The coordination meeting was also attended by Vice Speaker Goran Misovski, VMRO-DPMNE whip Nikola Micevski, SDSM’s Jovan Mitrevski, DUI’s Arber Ademi, Alliance for Albanians’ Ilire Dauti, as well as representatives of BESA, Alternativa and Levica.
