Skopje, 28 May 2024 (MIA) — The number of higher vocational school or university graduates in 2023 was 7,422, a drop of 0.81 percent compared to 2022, according to the latest figures released by the State Statistical Office.

Of the total number of graduates, 6,043 or 81.4 percent had been full-time students, and 1,379 or 18.6 percent had been part-time students.

The share of female graduates was 64.8 percent, the SSO release said.

Thirty-seven percent of all graduates in 2023 obtained their diplomas within the usual number of years of coursework for their undergraduate degrees, and 63 percent graduated with delay. mr/
