Skopje, 28 June 2024 (MIA) - Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport and Communications Aleksandar Nikoloski held a meeting Friday with the United States Ambassador, Angela Aggeler, during which they discussed the reform processes and the strategic priorities of the Government and the Ministry. 

According to the Ministry of Transport and Communications, at the meeting Nikoloski highlighted the importance of a timely realization of capital projects, with a special emphasis on regional connection and integration. 

Nikoloski voiced his belief that the planned projects contained in the government program will be realized for the economic growth and development of the country’s infrastructure. 

“At the meeting, Minister Nikoloski stressed the strategic direction to enhance bilateral cooperation between the two countries. The US is our most important partner and supporter. US support in exchanging experiences and knowledge in capital investments and infrastructure solutions was highlighted at the meeting. Both parties agreed to enhance bilateral relations and intensify cooperation,” the press release said.
