Skopje, 24 June 2024 (MIA) – The new Health Minister Arben Taravari has announced he will start dismissing the economic directors at the Mother Teresa Clinical Complex whose terms have ended.

“There are 14 acting economic directors and I’ve already given an order at the Ministry. Today, a certain number of economic directors will be dismissed, whose term as acting directors ends in mid-July. To dismiss those whose term is still ongoing, we will need to change the legislation. In couple of months there will no longer be economic directors,” Minister Taravari stated after taking office answering reporters’ questions during a visit to the operating rooms at the clinical complex.

About eight economic directors will be dismissed today, he said. 

The dismissal of all economic directors at the clinical center in Skopje was announced by Taravari at a panel of the Worth It coalition ahead of the election of the new government.
