Skopje, 5 February 2025 (MIA) – The Steering Committee of the National Development Strategy held Wednesday its first meeting in the government. According to Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski, the meeting is of key importance to enhance strategic cooperation and partnership with international institutions and donors.

“The National Development Strategy 2024-2044 is a visionary document aiming at transforming the country fundamentally through economic growth, energy independence, investments in knowledge, infrastructure and digitization. A great challenge is ahead, to create a stable and economically prosperous country with strong institutions and equal justice for all. Thus, we need coordination, partnerships and mobilization of resources for effective implementation of the strategy,” Mickoski wrote in a Facebook post.

We, he added, can implement this vision to benefit the citizens and future generations with joined efforts.
