Montenegro: 11 dead in shooting rampage
Podgorica, 12 August 2022 (MIA) - At least 11 people were killed and six injured after a man went on a shooting rampage in the Montenegrin city of Cetinje before he was shot by the police.
Police confirmed to the Montenegrin state TV (RTCG) that a police officer was among those injured in a Cetinje settlement.
The incident was preceded by domestic dispute after which the attacker took a gun and started shooting randomly at passersby on the street.
The man was shot dead by the police in a shootout, reported RTCG.
According to unofficial information, the attacker is a 34-year-old man, who also shot at children.
