MoH: 767,652 citizens vaccinated with at least one dose
Skopje, 17 September 2021 (MIA) — As of today, 767,652 citizens have received at least one Covid-19 vaccine dose in the country and 667,739 citizens have received two, according to the Ministry of Health on Friday. On Thursday, 22,581 people were vaccinated against Covid-19 nationwide. Of them, 3,407 received their first vaccine dose. A total of 1,435,392 vaccine doses have been administered so far. The Ministry of Health’s latest figures show that 55 percent of the population over 40 and 30 percent of people aged 18 to 39 have received at least one vaccine dose. Children over 12 can get vaccinated if accompanied by a parent. Walk-in vaccinations are available at the Skopje Boris Trajkovski Sports Arena as well as other vaccination sites in Skopje, Kavadarci, Kumanovo, Tetovo, Shtip, Bitola, Strumica, Ohrid, Veles, and Prilep. Medical teams are also vaccinating people across the country, visiting towns and villages. mr/
