Rome, 15 July 2025 (PA Media/dpa/MIA) - AC Milan have completed the signing of veteran midfielder Luka Modrić from Real Madrid.

The 39-year-old Croatian has signed a one-year contract at the San Siro with the option of an extension for a further year.

The move brings an end to Modrić’s remarkable 13-year career at Real Madrid during which he claimed six Champions League titles, five Club World Cups, and four Spanish League titles.

Modrić won the Ballon d’Or in 2018 and has made a record 188 appearances for his national team.
