Misajlovski in The Hague: Country remains credible NATO ally

Skopje, 25 June 2025 (MIA) - Minister of Defence Vlado Misajlovski participated Tuesday in a working meeting of NATO defence ministers in The Hague at the invitation of Dutch Defence Minister Ruben Brekelmans.
Misajlovski underlined that the country remains strongly committed to the shared goal - a secure Alliance and safety for more than one billion people in the world, the Ministry of Defence said in a press release.

"Fulfilment of NATO capability targets is a top priority of the Defence, and this will be achieved through defence investments, as well as through the ongoing process of Army modernization and equipping," said Misajlovski.
The NATO Summit in The Hague resumes on Wednesday with a Macedonian delegation, led by President Gordana Siljanovska Davkova, also in attendance. The delegation includes Defence Minister Vlado Misajlovski, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade Timcho Mucunski, and the Chief of the Army General Staff, Major General Sasho Lafchiski.
