Minor earthquake jolts Ohrid and Kichevo, epicenter in Albania

  • The Seismological Observatory within the Skopje-based Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics registered early Thursday a magnitude 3.6 earthquake with an epicenter 130km southwest of Skopje, in neighboring Republic of Albania.

Skopje, 8 February 2024 (MIA) - The Seismological Observatory within the Skopje-based Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics registered early Thursday a magnitude 3.6 earthquake with an epicenter 130km southwest of Skopje, in neighboring Republic of Albania.

According to observatory data, the earthquake was felt in Ohrid and Kichevo.
