Skopje, 18 March 2026 (MIA) - Deputy Parliament Speaker Antonijo Miloshoski met Wednesday with MEP Miriam Lexmann. MP Rashela Mizrahi also attended the meeting. 

Talks during Lexmann's visit to the Macedonian Parliament focused on political relations in the region and the perspectives of the Western Balkan countries in the EU integration process, the Parliament said in a press release. 

Interlocutors agreed that EU membership is mutually beneficial for the stability, security and economic prosperity of the region and Europe as a whole. In addition, participants in the meeting expressed satisfaction with the Slovak-Macedonian bilateral relations.

According to the Parliament, interlocutors also exchanged views on current international topics related to Ukraine and Iran.
