Skopje, 19 June 2024 (MIA) - VMRO-DPMNE leader and PM-designate Hristijan Mickoski said Wednesday that after the new government is formed, it will look into the possibility of restoring the price of electricity, even reducing it.
"As soon as the government is formed, we will sit down for talks and look into the available legal possibilities. We will also invite the experts to a debate and discussion on restoring the price of electricity, i.e. look into the possibility of even reducing it," said Mickoski who attended Wednesday's launch of operations of the second production facility of the Kiel Macedonia plant in the Tetovo free economic zone.
In response to a reporter's question on the price of electricity, Mickoski said the new VMRO-DPMNE led government has a plan on how to reduce the price of electricity.
"We have a plan, we have a way to do it in the coming period, so the citizens should be calm, a government is coming that will take care of the citizens' standard," said Mickoski.
