18:00/January 17/2022 Skopje – The prime ministers of North Macedonia and Bulgaria, Dimitar Kovachevski and Kiril Petkov, at their Tuesday’s meeting in Skopje will mainly discuss the economy, infrastructure, education, educational cooperation, innovation as well as support for the country’s EU integration process. This was confirmed Monday by PM Kovachevski speaking to members of the media after a meeting with President Stevo Pendarovski. Skopje – Germany is serious about the EU perspective for all countries in the region. The EU keeps its word regarding North Macedonia. All preconditions for start of accession negotiations are met. Negotiations with North Macedonia and Albania should start, Germany will continue to actively advocate for it, German Minister of State for Europe, Anna Lührmann, told Monday’s joint press conference with Minister Bojan Marichikj.
