Skopje, 15 January 2023 (MIA) – The Foreign Ministry (MFA) said Sunday it has reacted via diplomatic means calling on official Sofia to disassociate itself from the inappropriate remarks hurting the feelings of the citizens of North Macedonia and seriously harming the efforts made for improving the good neighborly relations between the two countries.

“The Foreign Ministry has been closely following the statements made by certain marginalized political figures in the Republic of Bulgaria whose provocations do not end, without taking into account the efforts of the two countries to maintain constructive cooperation and positive spirit in the bilateral relations between the two countries,” said the Foreign Ministry.
