Skopje, 16 June 2025 (MIA) - The Chief of Army General Staff, Major General Sashko Lafchiski, will take part in the two-day Land Warfare Conference (LWC) in London.

The conference will cover explanations, analyses, and discussions on modern warfare and other subjects relevant to the current operations of the Armed Forces of the United Kingdom, along with NATO allies and partners, according to the General Staff press service.

Before the start of the conference, General Lafchiski will meet with the UK Deputy Chief of Defence Staff, Air Marshal Harvey Smyth, as well as the team in charge of developing the UK’s Strategic Defence Review.

As part of the two-day visit, the Chief of the Army General Staff will visit the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and meet with its commandant to confirm ongoing cooperation and the future education of Army officers.
