Skopje, 3 September 2023 (MIA) – The Macedonian men's volleyball national team recorded a second victory at the CEV EuroVolley 2023 on Saturday, defeating Montenegro with 3:0 (25:22, 25:18, 25:20) in the 2nd round of group C in Skopje. 
 

In the opening round, the Macedonians won 3:1 against Denmark, and with Saturday's triumph the national volleyball team is one step closer to qualifying for the round of 16 in Bari.

On Saturday, the Netherlands also saw a victory against the Czech Republic (3:0) in group C. 

The Macedonian volleyball team is set to play against Poland at the Boris Trajkovski Arena at 8 pm on Sunday, while on Tuesday they will face the Netherlands, and a match against the Czech Republic is scheduled for Wednesday.
