Skopje, 23 December 2023 (MIA) – Two Christmas concerts will be held at the Philharmonic in Skopje. A New Year’s concert for children, “The Girl with the Books”, conducted by Dijana Imeri Ilkoska, and starring Simona Spirovska will premiere on Saturday.

On December 28, Thursday, at 8pm, the Philharmonic Orchestra will also host its annual gala New Year’s concert “Countdown” which will be conducted by Alfonso Scarano from Italy, with soprano Nade Talevska performing as a soloist.

The program for the gala New Year’s concert includes works from Tchaikovsky, Giménez, Puccini, Mozart, and Strauss.
