Skopje, 26 October 2023 (MIA) – The Macedonian national football team kept the 66th spot in the latest FIFA Men’s World Ranking released Thursday.

In their last two matches the Macedonian footballers suffered a defeat in the EURO 2024 qualifier against Ukraine (0-2) in Prague, and beat Armenia (3-1) in a friendly match in Strumica.

There were no changes at the top of the list, with world champion Argentina keeping the top spot, followed by France in second, then Brazil, England and Belgium.

The Portuguese national team climbed two spots and currently holds the sixth position on the list, in front of the Netherlands, Spain and Italy, while Croatia dropped by four spots and is currently tenth on the list.
