Skopje, 4 July 2025 (MIA) - The “one-stop shop” joint border controls system with Serbia, at the Tabanovce-Preshevo border crossing, will be officially launched on Friday.
Minister of Interior Panche Toshkovski and his Serbian counterpart Ivica Dačić will attend the event.

According to Minister Toshkovski, the one-stop shop system with Serbia will lead to a much faster transfer of citizens on that border. This is currently the busiest border crossing, and the systems will make things easier in terms of the speed of flow of passengers.

A similar system is already operational on the border with Kosovo. The Interior Minister said the country aims to implement a similar system on the border with Albania.
