Skopje, 4 August 2023 (MIA) — A large field fire erupted near the Strumica village of Kosturino around 12:45, burning through stover, shrubs, and trash including old tires.

According to the Strumica fire department, 15 firefighters and five fire trucks are on the site of the fire, trying to extinguish the flames.

So far, they have managed to prevent it from spreading to the surrounding forest. mr/
