Skopje, 5 October 2022 (MIA) – Minister of Interior Oliver Spasovski met Wednesday with new British Ambassador to North Macedonia, Matthew Lawson, and Deputy Ambassador Julia Smyth, expressing gratitude for the support that the United Kingdom has provided thus far in all areas of society. Minister Spasovski also expressed his readiness for further intensification of the already great cooperation in the field of security., said the Ministry of Interior in a press release. Ambassador Lawson thanked Minister Spasovski for the great cooperation between the United Kingdom and North Macedonia in strengthening the capacities in the fight against organized crime and corruption.
