Skopje, 13 June 2025 (MIA) - Industry turnover in April, compared to the same month in 2024, was higher by six percent, said the State Statistical Office on Friday.

Industry turnover by Main Industrial Groupings was higher in Intermediate goods, except energy by 4.0%, Capital goods by 11.6%, Durable consumer goods by 5.3% and Non-durable consumer goods by 0.5%.

Industry turnover in April, compared to March, was lower by 7.9 percent, while in period January- April it increased by 3.6 percent compared to the same period in 2024.

Industry turnover on the domestic market in April, compared to the same month in 2024, dropped by 1.7 percent, while in period January- April it decreased by 3.7 percent.

Industry turnover on the non-domestic market in, compared to the same month in 2024, increased by 7.2 percent, while in period January- April it rose by 4.8 percent.
