Skopje, 2 August 2022 (MIA) – A Government delegation laid Tuesday flowers at the graves of late Presidents Kiro Gligorov and Boris Trajkovski, General Mihajlo Apostolski and WWII fighters at the Skopje-based cemetery, paying their respects on occasion of Republic Day-Ilinden. Deputy PM for Economic Affairs Fatmir Bytyqi led the delegation, also including Defense Minister Slavjanka Petrovska and Minister of Information Society and Administration Admirim Aliti. A Government delegation also laid flowers at the ASNOM monument in downtown Skopje, the monuments of Krushevo Republic President Nikola Karev in front of the Parliament building and ASNOM Presidium chair Metodija Andonov Chento at the city square.
