Skopje, 3 July 2024 (MIA) - Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Timcho Mucunski met Wednesday with Australian Ambassador Daniel Emery, discussing the priorities of the Ministry and Government, with a focus on accelerating the European integration reform processes.

Interlocutors exchanged views on the current bilateral cooperation, within which the diaspora in Australia plays an important role and acts as a bridge between the citizens of both countries, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a press release.

They also discussed possibilities for advancing economic cooperation and trade exchange, cooperation in other areas of mutual interest, issues related to the political and security developments in the region, and foreign policy topics. ssh/ik/
