Skopje, 20 October 2025 (MIA) - Minister oof Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade Timcho Mucunski held Monday a phone call with Albanian Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Elisa Spiropali.

Mucunski and Spiropali expressed satisfaction from the excellent bilateral cooperation and reaffirmed the readiness for its further enhancement in all fields of mutual interest.

Mucunski said in a Facebook post he invited Spiropali for a bilateral visit that would focus on specific initiatives for enhancement of the cooperation.

Discussions also referred to the countries' European prospects and the joint activities of the EU path, highlighting the significance of Corridor VIII as a project of regional importance.

In addition, they noted the importance of fostering goodneighborly relations and the countries' contribution to the region's stability and security.
