Skopje, 8 September 2024 (MIA) — First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Environment and Physical Planning Izet Mexhiti is on an official visit to the USA to attend the 9th annual Central and Eastern European Energy Security Conference on Sept. 10, at the invitation of the Atlantic Council.

According to an official press release, he will be one of the main panelists at a session on transatlantic trade, energy, and climate policy following an election year.

While in Washington, First Deputy PM Mexhiti will meet with representatives from the countries participating in this year's Atlantic Council conference, the release said. mr/
