Skopje, 13 September 2025 (MIA) - A fire broke out Saturday in the waste processing company "Nula Otpad" in the Skopje village of Trubarevo that is being extinguished by firefighters.

"A large fire of waste materials is burning in Trubarevo, multiple teams are putting it out," Skopje firefighting brigade chief Zvonko Tomevski told MIA.

Earlier in the day, firefighters intervened in another fire in Gorno Lisiche settlement.

Tomevski said the Gorno Lisiche fire has already been extinguished.
