Skopje, 3 January 2023 (MIA) – ESM Sales has increased the number of subsidized electricity supply entities as of January 1, 2023, following the government’s decision on the anti-crisis measure which began to be implemented in December 2022.
According to ESM, 65 schools, 57 companies from the food industry and six water management companies have been added to the list for lower price electricity supply as of January 1. Thus, the company now supplies a total of 374 primary and secondary schools, 244 entities from the food industry and 57 water companies, i.e. the total number of entities supplied by ESM Sales following the government’s decision is 675. Consumers from the food industry receive electricity at a price of EUR 80 per MWh, and schools and water companies at EUR 95 per MWh.
“Entities that have not yet submitted documents for various reasons or have submitted incomplete documents for subsidized electricity supply, have until January 20 to apply for subsidized supply as of February 1, 2023,” adds the press release.
