Skopje, 20 October 2025 (MIA) - Voting results show that mayors have been elected in the first round in 11 municipalities, of whom eight from VMRO-DPMNE, and one each from SDSM, Vlen and the National Alliance for Integration (NAI).

VMRO-DPMNE has won in Vasilevo, Zelenikovo, Novo Selo, Pehchevo, Vevchani, Gradsko, Demir Hisar and Jegunovce.

SDSM won in Bogdanci, Vlen in Tearce, while NAI in Plasnica.

Elections will be repeated in three municipalities due to insufficient turnout, namely less than a third of registered voters have voted in Mavrovo and Rostusha, Vrapchishte and Centar Zhupa.
