Skopje, 6 October 2025 (MIA) - The campaign for the October 19 local elections enters its second week on Monday, with major parties set to hold rallies in several cities.

The VMRO-DPMNE-led coalition is set to hold rallies in Dolneni, Makedonski Brod and Kichevo.

The SDSM caravan continues in Ilinden, Petrovec, Karposh and Centar.

"Independents Together" candidates for Skopje and Centar mayors, Goran Markovski and Biljana Ivanovska respectively, will hold a press conference, as will Gostivar independent candidate Visar Ademi.

SDSM's Skopje and Karposh mayor candidates, Kaja Shukova and Maja Mojsova respectively, will give media statements, while VMRO-DPMNE candidate for Skopje mayor, Orce Gjorgjievski, is set to hold a press conference.
