Doctor found dead with multiple stab wounds at Zhelezara polyclinic parking lot
Skopje, 22 March 2024 (MIA) - A doctor was found dead with multiple stab wounds at the parking lot in front of the Zhelezara polyclinic late Thursday.
The Ministry of Interior (MoI) told MIA that according to the report, he was found by his sons who started looking for him after he did not return home from work.
"Skopje police received a report on March 21, 2024, at 11:09 p.m. that A.T. (67) from Skopje was found with stab wounds on his body in his vehicle "Kia" with Skopje license plates at the parking lot in front of the former Zhelezara clinic. A doctor from the Emergency Medical Service confirmed death, and by order of a public prosecutor, the body of the deceased was sent for an autopsy," the MoI said.
The Basic Public Prosecutor's Office Skopje said on-scene investigation has been carried out.
"A public prosecutor issued an autopsy order, and an order for the collection and analysis of all traces found on the scene, as well as an order for obtaining surveillance video. Work is underway to clear up the case," the Public Prosecutor's Office said in a press release.
