Court approves motion for precautionary measures against SCPC head Dimitrovska in 'Additives' case

Skopje, 24 April 2025 (MIA) - The Skopje-based Criminal Court approved Thursday the motion by the Public Prosecutor's Office (PPO) for precautionary measures against State Commission for Prevention of Corruption (SCPC) president Tatjana Dimitrovska regarding the case dubbed "Additive".
Dimitrovska, who is now considered a suspect, faced a pre-trial judge late this afternoon. The precautionary measures include seizure of her passport and ban to perform certain job tasks related to the crime, said the court.
The PPO said earlier an order has been issued for investigation of three individuals without naming them.
The "Additive" case relates to the abuse of procedures and money laundering in the procurement of coal additives for Power Plants of North Macedonia (ESM), with 31 individuals and five legal entities indicted.
