Constitutional Court: Linear pension increase is not unconstitutional
The Constitutional Court said Wednesday it has halted the procedure to assess the constitutionality of Article 2 of the 2025 amendments to the Law on Pension and Disability Insurance, ending the review of the linear pension in increase. The Court noted that the proposal did not win majority support and the act remains in effect.
