Skopje, 30 November 2023 (MIA) - There is only one responsible for the massacre on October 7, the hostages, the war that started after, and the suffering of the people in Gaza, which is the Hamas - ISIS. The ceasefire will continue as long as they release the hostages, but after the pause we will continue fighting, Israel's Foreign Minister Eli Cohen said in his doorstep statement ahead of the 30th OSCE Ministerial Council in Skopje. 

"October 7 was a tragic day for the State of Israel. There is only one responsible for the massacre on October 7, the hostages, the war that started after, and the suffering of the people in Gaza, which is the Hamas - ISIS. We will continue to fight until we bring back all of the hostages, and until we eliminate Hamas. The world should be united to free Gaza from Hamas - ISIS, in order to ensure that such atrocities will not take place in any other place in the world," said Cohen. 

Asked how close or far is the country from peace, Cohen said "we are determined to continue fighting the terror organization". 

"As long as they release the hostages we will continue to the pause, but after the pause we will continue fighting," Cohen pointed out. 

North Macedonia is hosting the 30th Ministerial Council of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), with about 1,000 delegates expected to attend, making it the largest political-diplomatic event in the country on record. The Council brings together 76 delegations from 57 OSCE member-states and partners.

The summit will be officially opened by Prime Minister Dimitar Kovachevski, OSCE Chairperson Bujar Osmani and OSCE Parliamentary Assembly President Pia Kauma. During the plenary session, OSCE Secretary General Helga Maria Schmid is set to present a report.
