Skopje, 30 August 2025 (MIA) -- As of noon, 10 wildfires were reported nationwide; five have already been put out and five are under control, the Crisis Management Center said Saturday afternoon.

Brush fires are burning near Lake Tikvesh; in the village of Podvis; and on Asnom Street in Shtip. Forest fires are burning near the village of Dolgaec and near the village of Maglence. 

Firefighters have localized the Jasen forest fire, the Kozhuf mountain fire, the Merovo forest fire, the Stragovo brush fire and the Mushov brush fire. mr/
