Skopje, 26 May 2023 (MIA) — The Cinematheque will award its 2023 Golden Lens to animator Tonkica Mitrovska and film score composer Ljupcho Konstantinov at an award ceremony at noon.

According to organizers, the award is given to film workers who have contributed to the development and popularization of Macedonian cinematography.

Previous Golden Lens award winners include filmmakers Branko Gapo, Trajche Popov, Kiril Cenevski, Kole Angelovski and Kole Manev; production sound mixer Gligor Pakovski; animator and cartoonist Darko Markovikj; and directors of photography Dragan Salkovski, Ljube Petkovski, and Blagoja Drnkov. mr/
