Lipkovo, 14 December 2021 (MIA) – Education Minister Mila Carovska and Lipkovo mayor Erkan Arifi oversaw the renovation activities of “Diturija” primary school, funded by the Ministry of Education and Science. “Education Ministry continues to invest in all schools, in all municipalities to provide quality education for all students. It has allocated Mden 9.5 million in energy efficient facade and interior design renovation of the primary school,” Carovska said. Carovska also met with the principal, teachers and students of this school and talked about the reform processes in primary education. “We saw that the process of digitalization in this school is being implemented without problems and students have access to digital devices and a digital board, which shows that the process of transformation and digitalization of primary education is happening equally in all municipalities throughout the country,” Carovska said. She announced that the Education Ministry is to continue to invest in the three pillars of quality education: improving infrastructure, good programmes and training of teachers. Lipkovo mayor Arifi thanked the Education Ministry for investing in the facility and reminded that earlier a playground was built with the support of the Agency for Youth and Sports. He also said that the reconstructed facade would ensure energy efficiency and improve teaching conditions.
