Average net wage in February at Mden 33,720
Skopje, 21 April 2023 (MIA) - The average monthly net wage paid per employee in February 2023 was at Mden 33,720, and compared to February 2022 it is up by 13%, the State Statistical Office said.
The increase is caused by the increase of the average monthly net wage paid per employee in the sectors: Construction (21.3%), Information and communication (18.5%) and Accommodation and food service activities (16.5%).
A decrease in the average monthly net wage paid per employee compared to the previous month was recorded in the sectors: Transportation and storage (9.7%), Mining and quarrying (9.2%) and Real estate activities (6.1%).
