Skopje, 23 September 2025 (MIA) - The average monthly net wage paid per employee in July 2025 was Mden 45,276, an increase of 10.5% compared to the same month in 2024, the State Statistical Office said Tuesday.

According to the State Statistical Office, this increase is caused by the increase of the average monthly net wage paid per employee in the sectors: Administrative and support service activities 16.5%, Education 15.0% and Human health and social work activities 14.8%.

A decrease in the average monthly net wage paid per employee compared to the previous month was recorded in the sectors: Financial and insurance activities 4.0%, Mining and quarrying 3.3% and Information and communication 3.0%.

The average monthly gross wage paid per employee in July 2025 was Mden 68,102.
