As heatwave goes on, pregnant women, people over 60 released from work duties through July 27
Skopje, 22 July 2022 (MIA) – Pregnant women and people over 60 will be released from work duties through July 27 due to the heatwave, according to the government's latest decision.
In line with Ombudsman recommendations, the government notes, the decision does not apply to chronically ill persons.
Other measures to protect the population from the heatwave remain in force, the press release says. mr/
