Skopje, 1 April 2024 (MIA) – The car of the Mayor of the Municipality of Arachinovo, Ridvan Ibraimi, was the target of a shooting on Monday while his driver and an employee of the Municipality were inside of it.

Interior Minister Panche Toshkovski told MIA that the driver of the Mayor was injured in the incident, and the Municipality employee was also shot at. He said police officers are on the ground, investigating the incident.

The injured driver, a man of around 30, has been admitted to the Emergency Center in Skopje with gunshot wounds to the chest.
