Skopje, 20 June 2024 (MIA) - The average monthly net wage in April was Mden 41,085 (EUR 668), a 13.7-percent increase compared to the same month in 2023, says the State Statistical Office.

This increase is caused by the rise of the average monthly net wage paid per employee in the sectors: Education (21.8%), Agriculture, forestry and fishing (18.6%) and Information and communication (18.0%).

An increase in the average monthly net wage paid per employee compared to the previous month was recorded in sectors: Agriculture, forestry and fishing (6.3%), Information and communication (5.7%) and Transportation and storage (4.9%).
