Aircraft accident investigation committee signs cooperation agreement with France’s BEA
- The head of the Macedonian Committee for the Investigation of Air Accidents and Serious Incidents (AAIIC), Marjan Prposki, signed a cooperation agreement Tuesday in Paris with the leadership of the French Bureau of Enquiry and Analysis for Civil Aviation Safety.
Skopje, 16 September 2025 (MIA) - The head of the Macedonian Committee for the Investigation of Air Accidents and Serious Incidents (AAIIC), Marjan Prposki, signed a cooperation agreement Tuesday in Paris with the leadership of the French Bureau of Enquiry and Analysis for Civil Aviation Safety.

“AAIIC is resuming its activities for cooperation with related institutions from the European Union. The signing of the agreement with BEA, one of Europe’s largest institutions in the field, brings enormous benefits for AAIIC, primarily in the area of investigating potential major aviation disasters. It also contributes to the education of staff, both for AAIIC investigators and external experts in the field of civil aviation in our country,” Prposki said in a statement for MIA.
The agreement was signed at BEA’s headquarters in Paris.
