Skopje, 3 November 2023 (MIA) – An event will be held Friday in Skopje promoting the “Green Finance Facility to Improve Air Quality and Combat Climate Change in North Macedonia” project, implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the International Organization for Migration, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), and the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE).

“With the financial support of the Joint SDG Fund and co-financing from EBRD, local banks, and the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia, the project will significantly improve access to favorable financing for small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as for citizens when it comes to investments in renewable energy and energy efficiency,” said the organizers.
