President Siljanovska Davkova to address Cultural Diplomacy Forum

Skopje, 21 May 2025 (MIA) - President Gordana Siljanovska Davkova will address on Wednesday the third Cultural Diplomacy Forum, held in the Parliament under the auspices of former Macedonian President Gjorge Ivanov.
President Siljanovska Davkova hosts session 3 within the forum, entitled “Small States, Big Impact: Navigating Global Challenges through Collaborative Multilateralism and Cultural Diplomacy”. Former President Gjorgje Ivanov, former President of the Czech Republic Václav Klaus, former President of the United Nations General Assembly Volkan Bozkır, Senior Expert at Office of the Diplomatic Advisor, President of the Council of Ministers, Italy, Rosetta Epifani, and Chairman of COFR Technologies; Advisor to the Arkansas Secretary of State, USA, Henry Jones will deliver special remarks.
Within the third Cultural Diplomacy Forum – Skopje 2025, Tuesday’s debate in the Parliament’s Constitutional Hall focused on “The Future of Democracy in a Fragmented World: How to Strengthen Democratic Institutions?”, concluding that cultural diplomacy is crucial for reinforcing democracy during a period of stagnation amid significant geopolitical changes.
Parliament Speaker Afrim Gashi opened the event, and participants included former President Gjorgje Ivanov, former President of Albania, Rexhep Meidani, former President of the Parliament of Montenegro, Ranko Krivokapić, former British MP Tasmina Ahmed-Sheikh, former Croatian Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development, Davor Filipović, and Delia Domingo Albert, former Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the Philippines.
