Skopje, 8 October 2025 (MIA) - National Alliance for Integration (NAI) Chair mayor candidate Bujar Osmani said Wednesday his programme offers a systematic approach in solving all problems within the municipality, noting that the vision for Chair is not personal or partisan, but civil and societal contract that obligates all future local authorities.

Osmani explained that as soon as citizens support this vision on October 19, it will turn into an obligation.

"When citizens approve this vision, it becomes an obligation for all political forces. This will no longer be my personal issue or one of an election programme. It becomes an obligation of all those working on this vision," said Osmani.

He said Chair was run for the past 20 years without vision, plan or strategy, resulting in chaos, and daily political, election and commercial pressure.

"You can see they hire someone to draft an urban plan after 20 years, which means they admit no vision was there for two decades," said Osmani.

My approach, he added, will not include improvisation but a clear framework for all projects, big or small.

"My promise is simple - not a stone will be moved beyond this vision," underlined Osmani.
