Skopje, 5 September 2025 (MIA) - Starting Friday, 14 observers from the ODIHR mission will monitor the 2025 local elections, after members of the State Election Commission (SEC) approved their applications for accreditation at yesterday's session.

SEC president Boris Kondarko said the first official meeting with the ODIHR observation mission will take place Friday.

"They will be in continued communication with SEC and attend all our open sessions. In this regard, we are approving their applications for accreditation of 14 observers," said Kondarko. ik/ba/
